Using this site

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content.

Products and orders

Nessa Bottles is preparing an 8 oz PPSU bottle for launch. Product images may include development or illustrative images. Final care instructions and package contents will accompany the product. We do not promise a particular developmental outcome. Always supervise your baby during feeding.

Checkout shows prices, taxes, shipping and when you'll be charged before you buy. We will notify you of material errors or an inability to fulfill your order and provide applicable cancellation and refund options.

Pre-Order Terms

We are finalizing manufacturing and safety testing. The estimated ship window is to be announced. Pre-order customers will receive updates by email and will be notified before their order ships.

A pre-order is not an in-stock purchase. Checkout shows when you'll be charged before you pay. Depending on the payment option displayed, payment may be collected at checkout or on the disclosed later schedule. Questions before you order? Email help@nessabottles.com.

Cancel at any time before shipment for a full refund by emailing help@nessabottles.com with your order number. If we cannot ship your order, we will notify you, cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to the original payment method. If a previously agreed shipping date changes, we will offer a revised date and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Joining the waitlist is free, creates no order and does not authorize a payment.

Returns and privacy

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies after delivery: request a return within 30 days; items must be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact help@nessabottles.com for authorization and instructions. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.

Governing law and consumer rights

Florida law governs these terms, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact help@nessabottles.com to resolve an issue.

Updates and contact
